Windows tablets will come with one or two multitouch programs and the IPad will have 140000 multitouch apps. It will take years before these tablets will a respectable repertoire of multitouch apps. In the mean time you are stock with the stupid stylus.

Even though the idea (plug into a keyboard and having a notebook) is great, but you can do this with iPad as well (bluetooth keyboard or Dock Keyboard.

ipod’s ui is really too simple.. of course, it was built for the simple-minded. it’s all locked down by apple as well so you won’t be able to do much unless it’s “jail”-broken. y’know, cause using ipods are like being in a jail of ignorance?
i think i’ll stick to being able to open more than 1 “app” at a time(multi-tasking).
ok first of all its a pc so itll crash constantly, freeze constantly, break easily, its super slow to the response, its user interface looks really lame, and not that im saying i like the ipad batter, i agree its a ipod touch for paul bunyun, but atleast its fast and doesnt crash. personally i dont think either product are really perfect. though the ipad is faster and wont crash as much. both i dont think should be considered professional but seems ipad is cheaper. i think theyre for videogames.

I have used tablets for years,tc1100 and now motion le1700, i think this idea is great, when i go to a coffee shop or trip for a weekend, i just want to bring the screen with me for limited web access, maybe watch some tv shows, read some ebooks, so light is good, and being able to play flash content is very important for web browsing.
At home it would mainly be used as a computer thanks to the core2duo
